Role Summary

We are seeking two rota nannies to provide sole care for a baby within an international private family environment. This is a long-term opportunity with a family that values professionalism, discretion and continuity in childcare.

Location and Travel

The position is based in La Moraleja, Madrid, with frequent international travel throughout the year.

Candidates should be comfortable working within a dynamic family environment and accompanying the family on both domestic and international trips.

Schedule and Conditions

Rota Schedule: Flexible rota arrangement, to be agreed with the family.

Start Date: July 2026.

Salary: €70,000 - €100,000 gross per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Full care and daily supervision of the baby.

• Managing routines, feeding schedules, sleep patterns and overall wellbeing.

• Supporting the baby's physical, emotional and cognitive development during the early years.

• Maintaining and organising all nursery and baby-related areas.

• Accompanying the family on domestic and international travel.

• Working closely with parents and other professionals involved in the child's care.

Requirements

• Proven experience caring for babies within private households.

• Previous rota nanny experience highly desirable.

• Excellent contactable references.

• Flexibility to travel internationally on a regular basis.

• High levels of discretion, professionalism and adaptability.

• Qualifications in childcare, education or early years development would be advantageous.

• Fluent English preferred; additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.
