Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced live-in domestic couple to join a distinguished private residence in Gloucestershire, United Kingdom. This is a long-term opportunity within a high-level private household requiring excellent teamwork, discretion and a proactive approach to the day-to-day management of the property.

Salary and Accommodation

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000 combined gross per annum.

Accommodation: Separate accommodation provided by the family.

Schedule and Start Date

Position: Live-in Domestic Couple.

Start Date: August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management and maintenance of the residence to the highest standards.

• Housekeeping, organisation and general care of all areas of the property.

• Laundry, ironing and wardrobe care when required.

• Supervision and maintenance of gardens, grounds and outdoor spaces.

• Coordinating suppliers, contractors and external service providers.

• Managing household supplies and inventory.

• Assisting with guest reception and preparing the residence for visitors.

• Overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of the property.

• Carrying out minor maintenance tasks and providing general operational support.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a live-in domestic couple within private households or high-level private properties.

• Excellent contactable references.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as a team.

• High levels of discretion, professionalism and trustworthiness.

• Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

• Previous experience in household management, property maintenance or similar environments.

• Full driving licence preferred for both candidates.

• Legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
