Katharina has built her career across Germany, the United Kingdom and Spain, specialising in client relationships, customer experience and the management of international talent within highly demanding, detail-oriented environments.
Before co-founding Origen, she held a number of roles in partnership management and customer success, developing a particularly refined understanding of long-term relationships, personalised service and operational excellence.
As Head of Recruitment at Origen, Katharina leads the firm's search and selection processes, working closely with both families and professionals through an approach founded on discretion, compatibility and the creation of lasting relationships built on trust.
Her international outlook, exceptional organisational skills and natural attention to detail are an integral part of Origen's identity.
Ángel Fernández
Co-Founder & COO
Ángel has built his career in London, spending many years within international private environments where discretion, excellence and trust are part of everyday life.
Before founding Origen, Ángel worked in education in London, an experience that continues to shape his perspective on childhood, care and the importance of the early years. He later went on to work within private households and international family structures of the highest calibre, developing a particularly human and nuanced understanding of this world.
Alongside his work in the private sector, Ángel is an artist and the founder of MAFE (Making Art For Enlightenment), an artistic and educational initiative focused on childhood, creativity and the impact of technology on future generations.
Today, he leads Origen alongside Katharina, bringing together empathy, international experience and a contemporary vision of private family support.
